I got doomsday arks and tesseract vaults on eBay new. The vaults weren't terrible but the Arks cost me an arm and a leg. GW hasn't had arks for half a year before the codex came out. No clue why they haven't put some of those things in the oven but there it is. I had heard destroyers were being restocked but demand is probably through the roof so good luck on that. My destroyers were all purchased used. Refuse to pay 17-20$ per model for those guys just on principal. Might not be a bad idea to try and find some salvagecrons of your own and strip em down.
