So the plan here is deploy everything. death company up front to use forlorn fury most likely. The idea is the death company will be the first to die, and then i can follow up with the vanguard veterans units and the predators hang out in back and offer fire support, popping transports is the biggest issue ive ran into. If an oppertunity comes up i can also use upon wings of fire turn one as well. librarian is in there for support and giving units more attacks and such. im open to many ideas because im currently revamping the army so ill be buying more models. i also have a libby dread but not sure if its needed in the list. Part of me was thinking have less points in the vanguard veterans or something, not sure what are your guys suggestions

Why TH on DC when they are supposed to die first ? Get mephiston instead of a JP librarian, he is well worth the additional points. Your elites would greatly benefit from a company ancient with the standard of sacrifice. Every model within 6" will get a 5+ FNP, except DC. Predators arent effective anymore, if one dies you cant use killshot anymore. Contemptor mortis dreadnoughts with twin autocannons hit on 2+, have a 5+ invuln sv, and can fight reasonably well when tied up in melee with 4 attacks hitting on 2+ and S6 AP0 D1. They get chapter tactics as well. One is 166 pts.
