Subject: How to put a rider on a rearing dragon model

Rough Rider with Boomstick

Hey all,
I'm working on a vampire - led army for age of sigmar, and since I'm not planning on entering any tournaments, I want to use https://www.snmstuff.co.uk/product/reaper-bones-nethyrmaul-the-undying/ as a zombie dragon mount for a vampire lord.
Is that just way too ambitious?
Or can anyone see a way to get a rider on there without it looking ridiculous?
Many thanks,
Cap'n R

Run a whole lot of wfrp and other rpg's, play The Woods and Kill Team, gather and look mournfully at imperial guard knowing I'll never finish enough to use them on the tabletop |

Think the best way to do it would to have the Vampire lord standing on the Dragon, holding on by some chains.

Hmm, I could see cutting away a few spikes between his wings on the body and putting a vampire lord on a seat there and have him leaning backwards attached to a leash to the dragons head. Excuse the crappy photoshop

That could look awkward but maybe on the shoulder/wing strut?

The problem with the 'vote with your dollar' response is that it doesn't take into account why we're not buying the product. I want to enjoy 40k enough to buy back in. It was my introduction to traditional games, and there was a time when I enjoyed it very much. I want to buy 40k, but Gamesworkshop is doing their very best to push me away, and simply not buying their product won't tell them that. |

Thanks all - I actually have a model already that might work standing on the shoulder, what do you think?
Otherwise I'll try the vampire lord from the other kit :-D

As the dragon is a rest, you could have the rider dismounted, and just stand him on the base.
