That depends entirely upon the tournament you're choosing to go to. Generally speaking that'd be fine at 99% of the places you took it. It doesn't generate or negate anything.

Tournaments set their own rules. There are no set rules for them to follow. They could ban all models painted red, all non-GW models, all GW models etc.

In general I see no problem. Remember those big wings also make it easier to target for LOS purposes.
