- Raven guard provides long-range firepower. Captain and Lt get into cover together with Dread and Devastators. Scouts screen and Bikers can grab objectives if needed, or screen some more.
- Deathwatch is multi-functional, as DW is meant to be. I still need to figure out the best "delivery approaches" for each Team though. Suggestions are welcome on that! msn-wink.gif
- A nice and solid 13 Command Points gives me a lot of options as well.

You mentioned delivery options, if you have Primaris, then only two options for you, a Repulsor or the Stratagem "Teleportarium". The Veteran squad you have a few options, same Stratagem, Land Raider or Blackstar.

They didn't really look at the rules when they made DW honestly. Since you can have a Biker, Vanguard, or Terminator in a squad, you have those, you are limited to one option, the Blackstar, otherwise the Stratagem is the only option to move across the board. So if you want that buff of the Vanguard or Biker you have limited options.

My opinion, it will be most of your points if you want vehicle options for the DW, might be better having more RG and just a small unit of DW. Otherwise if you leave this list, you use three CP for the Stratagem, and hope they survive. I have heard that DW are fragile since they don't have much in the way to protect them unless you give the Veteran Squad Storm Shields.

Not sure if you have extra points or not, something to think about, is drop the Redemptor, add a Ven. Dread to the DW. Use three CP for two squads and the Ven Dread to teleport in, use the Stratagem "Wisdom of the Ancients" for the re-roll of 1, and give them something to worry more about when you drop that unit on them. You can also drop the Chaplin, since you have more shooting then close combat and his buff is for the fight phase only. If your take and hold squad was a close combat squad would be worth him being with them, but you are limited to 3 units for teleport.

This is all opinion, I am working on some DW lists myself, and haven't had a chance to play any games with them. Just things I have found while trying to figure out a list.

Let me know what you try or if anything works well for you.
