Well... there's that awful "who goes first" rule, in writing.

Edit: Also, LOADS of changes to many, many armies/warscrolls, and a couple needed clarifications. Apparently they REALLY don't want players putting 800pts into Nagash because not only did he not get the points reduction they once promised, but his First Cohort Battalion got nerfed HARD. Bodyguards are waaaaaay less auto-include now.

Overall I think the designer commentary document was fantastic. It clarifies a lot of things that people could have possibly misconstrued the wrong way. My only gripe is the fact that they included paint colors in the designer commentary. They went a bit too far there imo.
