Just starting a death guard army and remembered I still Han an unbuilt hellbrute. I always liked the model and it’s a great dynamic pose, but I needed it to feel....more death guard without hacking bits off it.

Then I remembered I also had a box of skulls. An hour later and hey presto!

A few bits from my death guard left overs and a swap out of the melts for something within range to finish it.

There's some kind of joke in this. Putting even more skulls on a GW model? Like GW ^ 2 or something? Like, somehow converting a GW model to become even more GW?

Nicely done. The skulls are very well arranged.

It looks good. I wouldn't have recognized it as a "conversion" from first glance, and that's a very good thing. At first I was wondering if it was a new thing I hadn't seen yet. Familiar, but not quite the same, you know?

Looking forward to seeing it painted!

I very much enjoy this build. Looks great.

For me, the joy is in putting some good-looking models on the board and playing out a fantasy battle - not arguing over the poorly-made rules of some 3rd party who neither has any power over my play nor will be visiting me (and my opponent) to ensure we are "playing by the rules"
