My troops have 3 thin coats of citadel black "base", usually when i use isopropyl alcohol on my stuff every thing comes off very easy, but yeah i cant get any thing off these guys, i can scratch paint off with my nail ( not easily ) but yeah any one know what i could do?? I could just scratch all the paint off but it would take for ever.

Or can some one just tell me if its possible for 3 thin coats of base paint to act somewhat like a primer?

Should i try some thing stronger then isoproyl, its plastic not metal by the way.

What about meth spirits or what ever its called ( the purple stuff ), is that as safe as the isopyrl? and is it stronger?
