Is there a reason we need to have this poll on a separate site instead of just as a poll in this thread?

Personally, I’m 50/50 on this. I have the 4E, 7E Kill team rules and Shadow Wars: Armageddon rules. I think at best I’ll pick up the rule book (and any cards) down the line, and I’d like to get the playmat - don’t need anything else, really.

I won't be playing it. Not because I don't think it will be any good but because right now I prefer 40K proper.

I’ll buy the box for the rules, Terrain, and to trade the Admech off for someone else’s neophytes. I’ll play it a few times for sure.

I will definitely give it a try if not for anything but an excuse to use some units and models I rarely bring to full sized games (my Ork Kommandos). I bought a set of metal Kommandos nearly 10 years ago that have yet to be primed, painted and played.

Also gives me an opportunity to buy some kits I wouldn't normally collect a whole army of (Sicaran Ruststalkers, Dark Eldar Wyches, Rubric Marines).

I also play Chaos so if Raptors or Warp Talons are a unit choice I'll be very happy. I also have a unit of Possessed that have never seen a tabletop, and beastmen converted Tzzangors.

I look forward to making Killteam lists out of my collections Rejects.

I'm looking forward to playing Kill Team and the terrain. I was thinking of picking up some GSC for Necromunda so thaem being in the box makes it an easier sell. Admech look good for trades, playing them in KT or maybe adding them somehow into my Knight army. What I am really waiting for though is rules for my Sisters. The one thing I don't like about KT, the only thing, is having to wait until "Emperor Willing" to get rules for my favorite faction.

because I'm surveying different locations and, despite all of the wonderful things about this site, not everyone wants to open up Dakkadakka.

I have never played Kill-Team but I will give it a try next weekend with 4th rules. Though I won´t buy the new shiny box from GW because it is not a must have item.

Depends on what's in the Death Guard Box. If it includes a little saving on the Plague Marine box, I'd probably get it.

So far the restriction to 5 unit choices seems strange. I said it before the release: Those rules have to live up to the heralds of ruin rules, and with that unit restriction it's a 0:1 so far .

Depends if my DeathWatch killteam from 7th ed is still legal in the new killteam.

Will probably get the core rules.
Wont be buying any of the boxed sets however, too many models and terrain as it is.

If elites gets a valid spot i might jump on it cuz 2 wound elites has 0 place in 8th edition.

I have 9 kataprhrons but noooo, these standard 2 wound troop units could ofc not be included, it had to be the lowlife skitarii.

I didn’t know about the HoR rules - I think you just saved me a bunch of money.

Would play if I could play my faction but GW so...

I'm pretty sure that Kill Team and Shadespire are the only way I'm going to be able to play Warhammer at all. I just don't think I'm going to have the time to burn 2.5 to 3 hours on a single game of 40K or AoS. So, I do intend to play Kill Team. Will I be buying the box set right away? No. Maybe sometime in the future, though.
