So, I've temporarily abandoned the silliness that is my desire to build a (useless) Fellblade as the centrepiece model for my Chaos Space Marine Renegades.

I did pick up a Land Raider for cheap this morning with an eBay sale (PRIMOSALE: 15% off a $25+). So I've decided to convert and build a Typhon siege tank.



I'm now trying to source a genuinely large siege style gun and mantlet. I've seen a good one done using a Stormsword cannon base, but those bits are impossible to find. Victoria Miniatures has a mantlet and a cannon, but their shipping was nearly half of that order's cost. Does anyone have a source for a nice 3D big assault gun/mortar? Any other ideas? Thanks!

Have a look at Blood and Skulls - they should have something.

Yeah, I use them for all my other tanks, but they don't have anything that large at the moment. I did consider doing a twin-barreled version instead...so they're still in the running. I've messaged him asking about the possibility of a gigantor gun.

While we're on the subject - I used to see a resin crane/loading arm all the time on eBay, but I can't find it now...despite entering all the companies I thought it would be.

It looked like it would slot into a Razorback/Predator turret ring and was a simple crane ---- I'd like to add an ammo crane to the top of the Typhon if possible. Any ideas? I know I've seen one...
