I used a variation of this list last month and I tabled all my opponents. This should be able to handle knights and hordes alike. Whether alpha or beta striking the frag cannon/ plasma team buffed by the watchmaster should be able to reliably reduce a knight to half wounds especially with appropriate +1 to wound strat. The aggressor team can throw enough bullets to kill a armiger by weight of fire. All of these squads would be a nightmare for a horde army and most enemies would think twice about charging them. I'm trying to come up with a DW list myself for a team game with each of us getting 1000 points. You said you tabled all your opponents.

What did you do for set up or use of any stratagems for deployment?

It depended on the game but I always put the frag cannon team in teleport with the strategem. The agressor killteam advanced where they needed to be. I originally had an intercessor/ hellblasters team also but decided to try this list out and see how it plays out. The watch master can either teleport with the strategem or march up with agressors to reroll ALL missed hits. Paired with the right tactic for reroll 1s to wound and the right +1 to wound strat they are the MVPs most games. The captain or watch master is great for using tempest shells strat for D3 mortals, the inferno heavy bolter can use the hellfire strat. Deathwatch are so versatile . I love them and hope to try this new list out soon. Soooo much dakka.

Very cool. I figured you used a couple CP for the teleport.

My brother and I are teaming up, he has a Knight lists, so I wanted to have DW and maybe a couple assassins as well. Seeing your list, that helps for figuring out some things, been making all kinds of lists that I think might support the Knights. I figure with DW being so versatile, they will be some added power for the Knights to use to close with whomever.
