For Daemon Prince it says it is armed with
Hellforged Sword &
SET of Malefic Talons
Then in options it says
it can take a 2nd set of Malefic Talons
Talons are Claws right ? One set on hands, 1 set on feet ?

In the model kit, you have three different right hands, one holding an axe, one holding a sword, one just his empty claws.
Left hand is just claws.
When paying points or picking wargear: when you choose "2nd set of Malefic Talons" you are not using the axe or the sword.

"Set" is the word in the English language with the single largest amount of definitions. Please don't go down this rabbit hole...

Also keep in mind that this is a friggin Daemon Prince. One set of claws could be the hands, the other be the feet, or one set on the left hand the other on the right.
It's Chaos. It mutates. Model it as you see fit.
The important thing is that if you are fielding it with 2 sets for talons, you cannot have an Axe or Sword
That's all you need to do to be WYSIWYG.
