I'm more than likely missing something really obvious. Does the Changeling's Aura work with Magnus after the Big FAQ? I know that he lost the ability to use chaos daemon startergems but did this effect auras too?

Auras are not affected by the Special Snowflake FAQ. They continue to work as the rulebook states. Keywords do not matter whether they are faction or non-faction mid game for auras.

Great stuff, I'd seen someone on bolter and chiansword complaining that they couldn't build the army they wanted as daemon abilities wouldn't work with csm, thought it sounded a bit odd. Cheers for the info

Daemon Stratagems don't work on non-Daemon Faction models. That means you can't use them on Heretic Astartes units that have the Deamon Keyword as a non-faction Keyword. This notably prevents nasty tricks like using Denizens of the Warp to deep strike a Daemon Primarch or two.
