Can they still take repeater bolt throwers?

There aren't really dark elves any more. RBTs aren't a part of any of the reformed sub factions that were dark elves. They had legacy points but do not have a current point value, which means in matched play no they cannot take them without houseruling them in.

Someone can correct me if I missed RBTs having an updated point cost that I have missed.

None of the Legacy stuff have points anymore from what I've seen.

If you build your army on the Warscroll builder on the community website you can actually add it in as a highborn RBT, costs 120 points so I presume it is legal. It isn't in the Generals Handbook 2018 though...
