Willing Inquisitorial Excruciator

I run a soup list made out of GK, AM and the Inquisition. I was just looking over the possibility of sticking a single GK model with my inquisitor (+Acolytes) in a rhino when I came across my rules question. There’s only really two options for a single GK model in a rhino. The brotherhood champion and the tech marine (+Castellan Crowe but I loathe SC:s). This lead me to one question for each.

1: the brotherhood champion states that he has two stances. One that increases his save by +1 and one that increases his to wound roll with +1. Do these stack with the psychic powers that do the same thing? With sanctuary and the defensive stance would he get -1save and +2invo save? And with hammerhand and offensive stance would he get to wound +2?

2: the tech marine comes with a bolter, plasma pistol (*plasma cutter) and flamer. Does he get to fire all these weapons in the same shooting phase? The servo arms does clearly have rules allowing them to attack but the weapons attached to the servo arms seem to have no such rules. I was under the impression that a model can only fire a single weapon in the shooting phase (with some exceptions like the twin hand flamer sororitas).

Thanks in advance.

His pattern of returning alive after being declared dead occurred often enough during Cain's career that the Munitorum made a special ruling that Ciaphas Cain is to never be considered dead, despite evidence to the contrary.

1. Yes, the modifiers stack.

2. Models can either shoot all of their weapons except for Pistols, or their Pistols instead of the rest of their weapons. For the most part, baring unique rules for specific models.

1) The modifiers are cumulative unless another rule or Special Snowflake FAQ (such as the one saying the same Aura cannot stack even if the Auras rules would normally allow it) says otherwise.

2) Whenever a model fires it can fire either all its non-pistol, non-grenade weapons, all its pistol weapons (and no others), or fire a single grenade weapon (and no others).

Also the plasma cutter is not a plasma pistol.
