Hey everyone.

I wrote this guide and wondered what everyone thought about the idea of doing this? good or bad?

I did it and wouldn't do it again. I also pre-thinned before I put it in and added pieces of old pewter models to the bottles as a 'rattle'. I'm using mostly vallejo now anyway and only use citadel for certain colors. (mephiston red for example)

I bought all the bottles I need to do this and yet I still find dozens of other things to do each day instead. I think things like washes, glazes, medium, and highlight colors are the most useful ones to do first. Base layers like red and white are almost easier to just take out by the brushload and work with.

I've done it, and I'm very happy with the results. Takes up less space and is much easier to use.

If you're not in a hurry, you can find lots of empty dropper bottles on ebay for really cheap (I believe I spent something like $7 for 50 - with free shipping). They do take quite a while to arrive, though.
