Putting together a destroyer-based Necron list for a local tournament as destroyers seem to be one of the best things they have right now. C+C appreciated.
Personal preference would be to take Hyperlogical Stratagist instead of immortal pride. I use to run Immortal Pride because I never wanted my units warriors to break. However I found that this rarely or ever even come into play.
1. With 12 Destroyers your unit of warriors isnt likely to be targeted with enough power to do enough wounds to bother them.
2. Your unit of 20 warriors is the only unit that can even fail a moral check (unless your opponent lowered your LD, but even then the odds of losing 4 immortals and rolling a 6 to lose the last isn't high)
3. The Deny the witch roll is pretty rare as a good opponent will either cast outside your range or have enough redundancy that denying one power isn't going to help much
4. If all else fails and you find your warriors get beat up bad, just spend the CP to auto pass.
At 8 CP, the 5+ to get them back is usually means an extra 2-3 command points average. So you can afford the 2CP to auto pass your moral check if needed.
Between the 1CP a turn for your destroyers, potentally 1CP per turn to reroll your d6 with the DDA, Other Rerolls, and other random stratagems 8 CPs can be burned up FAST.
Side Note: If you have the models - think about dropping the 20 warriors for 14 more Immortals. Your Overlord will love using the MWBD on a unit of 10 Tesla Immortals, and If you run a unit of 10, a unit of 9 and another unit 5 - you can spend the 1CP to MWBD on 19 Tesla Immortals a turn. Also this troop composition makes the Immortal Pride even less necessary as the unit sizes are smaller.

I like the general make up but if I was to change anything, id swap the Cryptek and the Destroyer Lord for 2 Crypteks with cloaks. Reason being, they could accompany the Destroyers to keep them both alive and maximise their mobility. They can also repair the Barge for D3 wounds a turn should you wish to group them together.
I'd personally reduce the warrior squad to min size, or take a min size immortal squad. Combine the detachments and then take a 2nd doomsday ark with the left over points.
I'd also take two cloakteks instead of the overlord to run with the destroyers. Buffing your strongest unit rather than your weakest (troops).

I have a similar list for the 2000p local tournament. My first opponent is Nurgle+Thousand Sons
I take 2 DDA's (I have only 2, add 1 H.Destroyer to fill detachment) and 6 Deepstrike Destroyers. Main fire power are them, and 10 my will be done tesla immortals are for the hordes. 15 warriors are objective defenders. 3 wraith and 3 scarabs are for gain some time againest CC units. Nightbringer is for hitting mortal wounds to Mortarian like tough guys.
I wish I have 3 DDA's and one more destroyer group but thats all I have.
