The only one I can recall seeing is the long oop Attilan rough rider sergeant one shown below.
I've tried heat bending normal loyalist and chaos chainswords with no real success (they either look like crap of break). I'm trying to get something ideally in the form of a (chain)sabre with a curve like below but at this point I'd settle for any curve. They don't have to be official gw as I'm fine with using 3rd party bits.

Oooo, those are nice in theory. I've only had experience with shapeways one time (at the same detail level they offer) and I'm a bit worried about how the process will handle all those sharp angled teeth given my experience printing with them. Regardless, that style is what I'm looking for. I wonder if I can find some pics of them actually printed as I'm curious if they'll scale well for Primaris. I'll probably take a chance on that once they offer free shipping as a deal next time around.

Thanks as well. A traditionally cast alternative is quite welcome as well. I looked through kromlech, victoria, and puppetswar but forgot about anvil.
If anyone else has other sources, feel free to post them as well.

There are some in the CSM range somewhere, not quite as strong a curve but still curvy!

Yeah, I used to have a chaos marine army way back in 3rd edition and had some bits but in order to get the proper saber curve I had to heat treat/bend them and the results were very heretical (usually in two pieces)!

I contacted the seller to see if he has any sample pics of the dragoon swords on shapeways and he sent me this one. It looks instead to be a draco sword from the shape (not a dragoon) but at least is indicative of the quality expected for the 3d printing.
