Hey folks - I got this dreadnought in an ebay lot full of dark angels. The close combat arm appears to have a seismic hammer, or at least it does according to my research, which went so well that I gave up and decided to ask you guys. Based on what I'm seeing, the only models with seismic hammers (or at least the only ones that DA could take in recent memory) are Siege Dreadnoughts or Ironclads. Except that the rest of this model doesn't really look like any of the images I see for those on the interwebs. This lot also included a few other models with customized pieces added to them, so I suspect that is what's happening here, but figured I'd check first on the off chance I was sitting on an older, fancier dreadnought. Many thanks.
PS - apologies for the blurry second photo, I'm not back home yet. Happy to take another if it's helpful, but to me it just looks like a flamer.
Edit: apologies, not sure why these are rotated, trying to fix.

It looks like an ironclad without the HK missiles and a normal deadnaught twin lascannons right arm swap.

It looks like someone has taken an ironclad dread and customised it with a few Dark Angels pieces. Those pieces are from one of the upgrade sprues.
Looks like a Heavy Flamer and twin lascannon so you could just run it as a dread CCW if you wish as DA can't take Ironclads.

I thought DA got access to all the Marine goodies in their update this edition. Or was that just Blood Angels and Space Wolves?

Woof, that's what I was afraid off. Such a strange thing to do to a FW model. Anyway, thanks for your help! Very much appreciated.

Ironclads were made into plastic by GW. Not guaranteed to be forgeworld (unless it’s resin).

Ironclads have never been resin. They're an invention of the 5th ed. SM codex.

There was a FW Ironclad (but that's not it):
As others have said, it looks like a normal & ironclad dread mashed together with some DA upgrade bits.
