Here me out ahahah.

An army made to Deny ITC Points to your Adversary (especially ''Kill Something'' Missions)

You Create A Cheap kronos Brigade.

HQ: Neurothropes for some Cheap Mortal Wounds and Awsome kronos Psyker Killer Warlord Trait.
Elite: Single Lictors that Hidden To Deny Kill Points and Pop when The opportunity Presents itself To score Points for a Round.
Troops: All Ripper Swarms that have the Same Role as Lictors
Fast: Minimum Squads of Miotic Spores or Mucolid Spores
Heavy: Maxed Out Biovores Hidden from Sight. Re-roll 1 to Hit Thanks To Kronos.

BEHEMOTH Flyer Detachment: 3 Harpies to Get Back field Secondary Objectives Quiclky and drop MORE mines. re-roll Charges to Soak overwatch and Give your spore mines a Chance.

Both Detachments Gives you a total of 16 Command Points

Spend 15 of those Command Points pre-Game To ''Infiltrate'' 10 units of 3 Spores mines (You must have Reinforcements points Set aside in your List For That)
The last Command Point is For A kronos stratagem I guess.

And thats the Concept.
A TON of minimum sized units that screw with the way your opponant is going to split Fire.
When the mines Die, they offer NOTHING in terms of winning conditions.
You pop your Lictors and rippers according to your ITC primary and Secondary missions.
The army deals a Ton of Potential Mortal Wounds

So?

Just remember, spore mines only need to move within 3 inch and its better to simply advance instead of assaulting. So 'kraken' would be better for spore mines.

I think you should go for 2x battalion and drop the lictors and harpies. 6x rippers should be enough to get objectives and harpies are big sitting ducks. 3x mawlocs could do a better job messing up the enemy gunline. Maybe some gaunts with devourers to take on enemy horde.

Its hard to pull the "sporemine army' off these day's because of all the restrictions.
The moment your opponent realises that a cheap unit could simply assault (or move within 3 inch) a whole bunch of spore mines and soak up a lot of mortal wounds, you are gone..
