You can mix different dynasties in one battalion, but you dont get any dynasty codes.

I can recomend battlescribe, it will tell you right away if its not legal.

Its legal to mix different dynasties in a detachment. You get access to dynasty specific stratagems, but you dont gain dynasty codes. While battlescribe is a good tool to build your army, it isnt a good rules source.
