Ok, so I’m doing a small war band of Thousand Sons from Burning of Prospero board game, and I want them in modern colors, but using the older armor. Mostly because I want them for 40k, but don’t understand why dust and sand would change the sculpt of the armor being worn. Ahriman is going to stay in the classic red armor to stand out, but the rest will be blue and gold. I’m wondering if I should put yellow stripes on the armor/shoulder plates, or keep them regular blue (well shaded already). Thoughts?

Update: my wife vetoed the yellow stripes! She told me the models won’t ever be allowed on the table if they look like modern TKSons.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.
