Subject: [Kill Team] - Kill Team Rogue Trader worth the price of admission?

So, payday, and I'm looking at new models. I already have most if not all of the models that come with the original game (with the exception of terrain which I can buy later). But, of course, I don't have any of the models that come with Rogue Trader. Is it worth the price of admission?
Thanks

Heya!
I was on the fence about getting the rogue trader box for an entire week, wrestling with myself, before I finally pulled the trigger on it.
In my opinion, totally worth it!
Pre-purchase thoughts:
Do I really need another kill team? I have four teams. I already run Deathguard and Astra Militarum. It's basically the same thing, right?
It's some other type of board game, like Necromunda, and I don't want to play anything else. I just want to play kill team.
The models do look nice, but I could easily invest the $130 into something else.
Post-purchase thoughts:
The Gellerpox and the Starstriders are absolutely nothing like Deathguard and Astra Militarum (other than disgusting resilient, perhaps). Two very new armies with very new compositions and play styles.
It's not some stand alone game. It is Kill Team, but with rules for fighting indoors. That's the expansion. It includes indoor stratigems such as firing overwatch once you see the charging model, not from when it charges.
There are two new Kill Team boards to play on. The first is a spaceship (how cool is that) with lots of rules for special spaceships parts like engines and medical bays. The other is the inner sanctum of a space marine temple. Each has rules just like Sector Imperalis or Deathworld boards. They also come with a slew of new missions and a historical campaign which takes you through the events of the Gellerpox versus the Starstriders.
It also comes with rules for Commanders. Commanders will be a future expansion for Kill Team, but this is a preview. It was nice to see what was coming down the pipe.
Overall:
I ended up splitting the box and sold to the Starstriders to a friend for $50. That makes $80 for a new Kill Team army, a new two sided Kill team board, all the new terrain, tokens, and even the 40k codex if I wanted to go that route. Pretty amazing deal, I think!
Hope that helps!

I also paused for what would normally be an auto-purchase. At $130, KT:RT is just the other side of pricey. But, pulled the trigger, anyway. Pros and Cons:
Pro:
Two brand new to 40K factions. With very unique miniatures. Designs unlike anything GW has done before.
Neither faction very useful for the main game, but just fine for Kill Team.
Cool setting. Cool background.
Nice components, including a space ship.
Close-quarters rules.
Con:
Honestly, kinda thin on content. Only 2 1/2 sprues of miniatures because 13 miniatures are half-sized (bugs and Nurling-ish daemons). Two terrain sprues, but those are all doors and doodads.
Tri-fold double-sided boards are OK. In comparison, Necromunda comes with 9 double sided tiles that are nearly the same size as one tri-fold panel.
Unique rules for close combat rules are only a couple of pages, with pictures. Nothing ground breaking. In fact, rulebook is thin.
Is NOT a standalone box set. It's an expansion. Still need the main rulebook.
In fact, for the same price, the Necromunda: Underhive box set had more content, and is a stand alone game. KT:RT should have been $100, instead. The unique miniatures had a higher price. Still, I'm happy with the purchase.

Quick question, is the Rogue Trader kill team have any kind of customization both rules and models wise? I have a friend I can sell the nurgle models to but I have little interest in a largely static faction even if the models do look cool. I'm getting increasingly disappointed that GW seems to be trending more and more towards mono pose/ mono option models

Monopose figures only. Only Elucia Vhane has options, and only in what Commander skills she can take.

Yea that kills any interest I have then. It's really starting to bother me that GW is pushing more and more mono/ semi mono poss kits.
