So I primed my models before washing (new to this) and while trying to add Rakarth flesh (to the hands and face) and ceremite white to the skull emblems the paint seems to disappear. I live in Florida and used black primer when spraying. Is there anything I can do or do I need to prime it again?

If they are plastic models then you shouldn't need to worry about washing them and if the undercoat has gone on smoothly then it shouldn't be a problem for the next layer of paint. That said black is a very dark colour and it could be that the layer paint (which is slightly see through) just needs another one or two coats (only paint over when the previous coat is fully dry) to have the colour build up and show clearly.
White undercoat tends to be more forgiving in this regard, but yo ucan still need two thin coats

sounds like you over sprayed the primer.

I'll second Overreads advice - flesh tones and white are both very difficult to paint over a black undercoat, so either start with a darker colour and build up slowly, or apply multiple thin coats. It can be frustrating, but it's much better to put (sometimes 3-4) thin coats on than one or two thick coats. White especially is often easier to build up from grey, instead of many thin coats of white, paint thin coats of slowly lightening grey.

yeah if you prime black, any light areas should be done over with grey or light tan first before attempting light colours.

I have found Rakarth flesh an especially problematic paint. I have one very awful pot of it, though another pot is much better.
