Subject: DIY resin pressure casting chamber in the UK?

So I'm fairly tired of my present casting process, which is involved and a pain in the arse but still often ends up giving me resin casts full of bubbles(I guarantee, if you're about to post a solution you know of other than using a pressure chamber - I've tried it and/or do it already). There are some great instruction articles out there on turning paint pressure pots into casting chambers, but they're all written from the US perspective which presents two issues.
Firstly, all the fittings and measurements are in imperial and use US standards, and over here we use metric and EU standards.
Secondly(and probably more importantly) I'm struggling to find the necessary components at the kind of cheap prices the articles all mention. Chiefly the paint tank itself.
Is this just one of those scenarios where you can do something easily in the USA but over here we have to pay through the nose regardless of how we do it? Or is it that the terminology is different? Advice would be appreciated.

seen a few done using pressure cookers and a bit of care - to be honest unless you know what you're doing making anything other than a very low pressure vessel I'd be tempted to buy it.
in a similar boat, usually go for gravity casting, no vac, no pressure, results are "variable" as you would expect, to date it tends to lead to weird multi part moulds and part casting to get find details - or sticking to larger things where it matter less.
bit catch 22 really, I could do more with pressure/vac (or both!), but don't really have the space to justify the cost, or the time to use it.
have seen stuff thats not too bad on the Bay of Eeee, but nothing that matches the cheap hobby stuff you seem to get everywhere in the US. Guessing we just lack the "build it yourself" mentality for shops to carry the bits.

Iv heard you could make a small vacuum camber for very small casts using a pickle jar and a brake pump but i dont know how well or if it would even work.
but since you are working with a pressure vessel id probably not mess with a DIY device unless you really understood what you are doing.

It's not a complicated process, you just cap off one fixing and saw off the internal paint feed, the chamber is already designed to operate under pressure.
Of course this post just illustrates I'm a dimwit, because I assumed when Amazon & ebay results didn't show up in search engine results they weren't selling them. Yup, they are, hurpa derp.
