I've heard that in the fluff, Commissar Yarrick and Ghazghkull Thraka have fought, as shown in the picture below (image spoilered due to size). Have any of you done a challenge in which Commissar Yarrick and Ghazghkull Thraka have fought on the tabletop? If so, who won? How did it work?

It was back in 7th where Yarrick could multi res. Yarrick died the first time and the second and the third time around he got him.

They fought on Golgotha, but not literally mano a orko in melee; Yarrick was in a baneblade which got destroyed and he was captured for a time by the orks.

It was done in a White Dwarf a long time ago.
If I recall correctly*...
The first match was just Ghazghkull vs Yarrick.
Ghazghkull won. The players then decided that it wasn't exactly a fair fight (because Ghazghkull was worth so many more points). They did a rematch, but with Yarrick backed up by a full Steel Legion squad.
I can't remember the result of that, but I do know that they did another rematch... this time with Yarrick supported by a freaking Leman Russ battle tank. 
*Which might not be the case.

Orkses is never defeated in battle. If we win we win, if we die we die fighting so it don't count. If we runs for it we don't loose neither, cos we can come back for annuver go, see!
Ghaz literally pulled a Goku and let Yarrick go so he could have another fight with him.
