So this is not a competitive lists. But I intend to play friendly games with it.
My main concern is "would it be too frustrating?".

The vampire acts as a mobile bunker (with -2/-3 to hit), carrying all the wraiths to targets.
The hornet capture the far away objectives. The rangers camp on close objective. The wraithseer goes character hunting, hiding in a ruin.
Assuming its wont be too annoying, what small improvements would you suggest?
Alaitoc:
1 vampire raider
8 wraithblades with swords
5 wraithguards
1 hornet with shuriken canon and all bells and whistles
1 wraithseer with d-cannon (warlord with hunter trait and Phoenix gem relic)
2 spirit seers

All depends on what your opponent brings, if it's another eldar player with Dark reapers and hemlock wraith fighters he'll be having a lot of fun!
