Thought I would say hello.

I started playing fantasy in about 98 or 99(memory is a bit fuzzy), and picked up 40k around the end of 99 to 2000.

Started with orks, but built a Deathwing terminator army under 3rd edition(still have what WAS about 3000pts of terminators and several landraiders/dreads...... somewhere I probably have 100 'boys in various states) stopped about '02, highschool and all that....I got interested in playing again in about '06, but the gaming group never went very far, and I honestly bought a couple of models and never did much else. I tinkered with finishing some paint on a dark angels metal dreadnaught right before Harvey danced through my home, but now have finally decided to get back to painting and collecting.

Current army/plan is knights and guard(before you groan, I've been wanting to do this army since I first saw the knights. I've also been a titan nut since I was about 11 years old.....). The knights are painted in the colors of my favorite titan legion: Invicta, and the guardsmen will be painted in battallion(eventually brigade) formations carrying each knight's heraldry as "retainers", and the armigers as "men at arms"(I'm also a medieval re-enactor. I know it's not 100% fluffy..... I enjoy it, and it makes sense from a feudal standpoint!). I'm also in the planning stages of acquiring either a reaver or warhound (I have friends in Britain, so forgeworld and their 30% fee can bite me!) to start off my titan collection.**amendment..... I now own a warhound!**

Have yet to start decaling, but I'm happy enough for 15+ years of not really painting.

G'day and welcome to Dakka! Looks like you've got the start of an interesting project! You should consider starting up a P&M Blog to document your progress. I'm looking forward to seeing how you go with the Warhound!

Hi,

Welcome to Dakka
