Personally I just think someone down at the Codex Department got confused and published it as an AoS Battletome:

Why dont they push back the plastic thunderhawk instead.

It still kinda pushes me off that Grombrindal isn't playable as a Squat in 40k. he should give imperials +2 to leadership due to healing tonic(read, beer). or shrug off wounds on 4+ due to dwarven stubbornness.
