I am basing my as yet unnamed Space Wolves Redemptor (unable to add photos via mobile, will edit). He shall be based using a gnarly dozer blade he ripped off of a tank in service of the Emperor to smite heretics/xenos/scum. Possibly a bigish nasty something. With so many options I can't quite decide. I chose to avoid Thousand Sons because they have no guts. There shall be gore, MUST be gore. The All-Father commands it.

So far, I've considered Tyranids/Genestealers, and Plague Marines primarily, but what do you all think? I'd like to hear any suggestions for specific models to use as well.

While it goes against everything I play, how about one smashing Farsight in the chest (Like actually leaving a cavity) with bit's of the armour spraying off in all directions with Farsight reeling backwards.....

What about an ork nob who thought he was tougher, have his torso split from the legs and entrail spaghetti in between

I like the cut of this guy's jib.

Excellent ideas. That Ork idea is right up my alley, I like the idea of splitting a boss or nob in two. Maybe a couple smooshed boyz or grots. Entrails please Russ. All the entrails.

How about a bunch of Tyranids gaunts laying about him with their blood and guts splattered all over. Like a windshield after a long road trip.

Ask yourself: have you rated a gallery image today?

Wait until your Redemptor does something extraordinary in combat, and model accordingly; if he stomps a Hive Tyrant then have him destroying Tyranids.

It gives bragging rights, and sparks some friendly rivalry.

Finally got a shot uploaded. He's not glued completely yet, just a rough posing.

I like the idea of using vanquished enemies. I keep trophies for my LR. Though currently, my main opponent is Necrons, so that doesn't work well so far haha. Maybe a Wraith if I did that. I thought I could have something trying to crawl out of the pipe, a gaunt of some sort, or grots maybe.

Wow this model looks good even without any paint on or anything. Really powerfull pose!

And now for the crushed enemy.

I really like the idea of using an enemy that you have actually killed with this model.
Other than that you could use an model that you really hate from previous encounters or a model you always wanted to paint but you don't play this army so why would you? It's a good chance.

Have it charging over a fallen Space Wolf in it's rush to engage the enemy.
