Hey everyone,
We've got a new Kickstarter running for the next few days to expand the Burrows & Badgers miniatures range. The game's got a lot of new players since the Osprey rulebook was released, and we need to provide more options for people's warbands.

Take a look at the project here: https://tinyurl.com/yagosrpp

And here's a few pic, to whet your appetite...

Cheers,
Michael

...and another of the Townsfolk is revealed! Never mess with a shrew!

Right, almost time to go home...

Any chance of a comparison photo to show scale against some other ranges of models (I know warhammer is most common but it does help as most people know how big a marine is or have one on the desk to compare too).

Morning Overread - here's an unofficial size comparison:

Please bear in mind that the (metal) Catachan and the Space Wolf are both stood on a piece of plasticard, around 1.5mm thick.

On the KS and on the Oathsworn store, each model does give it's height in mm - the Mouse Nun on the left of the picture, for example, is 22mm, while the Badger on the right is 46mm. The Hare/Rabbit in the middle is 38mm.

In terms of the new KS models, here are the sizes listed in the campaign:
Silki Wyrd-Eye, Otter Mage - 34mm to the top of her head
Gorrim Slowhop, Hare Barkeep - 45mm to the top of his ears
Billy the Stout, Town Watch-Mouse - 22mm to the top of the head
Lorgam Ironsmite, Mole Blacksmith - 23mm to the top of the head
Forni Long-fur, Badger Mage - 45mm to the top of the head
Bart Quicktail, Otter Pirate - 36mm to the top of the head
Skurry Silentblade, Noctule Bat - 24mm to the top of the head
Skegg the Oak, Beaver Mercenary - 46mm to the top of the head
Hallit Longsight, Squirrel Ranger - 25mm to the top of the head
Vargo Grumm, Weasel Brigand - 28mm to the top of the head
Darby Finbiter, Kingfisher - 25mm to the top of the head
Emily Rumbolt, Shrew Baker - 24mm to the top of her head
Shaltari the Flame, Fox Mage - 36mm to the top of her head

Confirmation of why no-one should listen to Kanluwen when it comes to the IG - he doesn't want the IG, he want's Kan's New Model Army...

Thanks for that, Dysartes! You're a gentleman and a scholar!

Here's the final Townsfolk miniature - Tollimus Skulp, Town Burgher, merchant, and occasional duelling enthusiast...

...and the final Warrior too! 'Mad' Morag, Clan Wildcat - a big hitter for Clan warbands!

cheers,

Michael

Just to keep all the info up-to-date in here...

- At time of writing, there are 44 hours left on the KS
- It's raised £22k against a £4k goal
- Tollimus Skulp is 30mm tall tot he top of his head
- 'Mad' Morag is 42mm tall to the top of her head
- The signpost, notice board and anvil will all be in metal, as opposed to the resin that some add-on bonus pieces have been in the past.

I should hire you, Dysartes! Might have to pay you in Northymbran pennies though...

In other news, I got one painted!

There's a (not very clear) painting guide here; https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/oathsworn/burrows-and-badgers-beasts-of-northymbra-anthro-mi/posts/2334865 Pics aren't the best, as the light in our workshop is pretty bad, but hopefully it'll be helpful to some...

cheers,
Michael

Sending this back up to the top because its now not only finished but the products are shipping and arriving. Please excuse the lighting, I've no space to setup the lights and the main room is full of junk in boxes and general results of sorting out a house.

Got mine in the post this morning in a neat little box

Inside of which were a trio of mages, and a signpost/wanted post

I'm really beyond impressed in the casting here! I didn't even clean them up at all, not a touch and they still look good enough to throw down on the table right now (or throw paint on then the table). Very well cast and impressive too as they are all individual, not a single part required any glue

Mine arrived today as well. They really are great models and the castings are outstanding as always. The resin figures really stand out as well and will be a dream to paint.

Lucky ducks.

I'm sure it'll take a bit to get mine to the states, but I've been really happy with everything I've gotten from Oathsworn.

These look to continue that level of quality (if not surpass it). Kinda bummed I didn't get mages now. The pipe on the badger gives me such a Brian Jacques vibe I may have to dust off Redwall yet again.

Seems every time I get an Oathsworn box of goodies I end up reading that book once more to my students!

Poorly lit photos of my ever- growing collection of completely unrelated models!
