Well, the rule is pretty clear.

Keep in mind Weirdboyz have a special rule that adds an additional condition that can cause Perils.
To be explicit, it's only a double 1 or double 6 that cause Perils without some other special rule saying otherwise.
Also as a friendly tip, the rules of the forum say you should make your post title descriptive. Just calling it "Perils" doesn't help anyone.
