After looking though the various chaos lords/space captains ive come to realize the options from GW are pretty much all garbage and offer no customization. It would be a great help to know how to either kitbash/third party options for the following please and thank you:
Deathguard chaos Lord with a storm bolter+plague sword looking weapon
Chaos lord (alpha legion) with chain sword +storm bolter on foot

Im currently at a loss for what kits to use in order to assemble guys that look the part.

You're not going to find anything with those exact weapons that looks like that. Not happening.

However there are loads and loads of Chaos Lord models out there from other companies. The question really is how... archaic are you willing to go? As not even outside of the GW sphere there's plenty of AoS Chaos characters that will look the part with a simple weapon swap and appropriate backpack.

Outside of GW The Ninth Age forum has compiled a pretty comprehensive list of Chaos Lord models out there. Avatars of War is a pretty good place to start, as are Mom Miniatures (which aren't included on that list for some reason). Heresy's Fallen Boris is great also is you want a stupidly massive Chaos Lord. Then finally we have Wargame Exclusive, who have a wealth of Chaos models to pick from.

Try the plastic Chaos lord from AoS; some minor conversion work and he should be good. Actually, AoS Chaos stuff should net you some solid results in general.

Alpha Legion- use FW alpha legion parts to kit bash, chaos lord are one of the easiest to kit base imo.

I mean...you're asking for Space Marines so you could more or less just Chaos-up any Space Marine you can kitbash into those options. You're not going to find a kit sold with that equipment, but they're just space marine bits. Super easy to source.
