Subject: A New Ministorum HQ from Blackstone Fortress!

I haven't seen any of the data sheets for the Blackstone minis yet, but I'm really stoked about a 2nd HQ choice for Ministorum. They still don't have a generic HQ, but players now have the option to take 2 pure Ministorum detachments rather than just 1.That's a step in the right direction. It also leads me to suspect that Ministorum updates may be included with the Sisters Beta dex in Chapter Approved. If so, that unlocks the potential for an update to the Penitent Engine!
We live in exciting times!
Also, regarding boxed set models in 40k, can anyone speculate on the effectiveness of a Rogue Trader detachment and whether they stand to gain from the addition of Blackstone models? I think they would be perfect backup for an Inquisitor force once GW gets around to fixing the Inquisition.

Personally I would prefer the Adepta Sororitas to be a pure Codex with a second Church codex as both have loads of variety to show.

I agree- two codices would be the best solution... I'd love to see the confessor character return and a combined Ministorum/ Necromunda release for Frateris Militia Eq/ Redemptionists release.
Unfortunately, that might also mean a delay of the plastic penitent engine we've all been dreaming about, as well as the accompanying rules update to make it viable. Also, there's no guarantee those things will ever come if they don't do it when the sisters drop.
The inquisition is in a similar limbo- GW just hasn't announced their plans regarding these factions. Given what we've seen so far, I imagine there will be codices for all three factions- Inquisition, Sisters and Ministorum. If they fold assassins and sisters of silence in with Inquisition, they can avoid an imperial agents dex. The sisters of silence could become the new chamber militant of the hereticus as sisters of battle are now closer to the Ministorum. Redefining imperial agents as inquisition will return the inquisition to its former glory. All three Ordos + Assassins + Sisters of Silence + Rogue traders (Unless GW has plans to eventually make rogue traders a playable army in it's own right).

Well, if you do get a combined codex, I hope you don't end up with the segregated mess that is the AdMech codex...

Disagree with splitting the codex up. Grey Knights lost a ton of variety and flavour when they split from DaemonHunters.
Either keep them as is, or do a full Agents of the Imperium codex I guess.
And yeah, Tadeus is awesome.
