Last time my bubby interrupted me twice in the fight phase.
I made all my charge moves and started the phase with my berzerker, then he used the "counter offensive" strat right after his activation he used his custodes strat and activeded his next unit.
damn right, isnt it?

You can only use each Stratagem once each phase, so Custodes could potentially use the generic interrupt stratagem for 2CP and then their Custodes-only one for 1CP (if they're close to an objective).

This is the correct answer.

If you are using the Match-play rules. If you are playing open/narrative play you are not restricted to each stratagem once per phase.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

but both have the wording that you can aktived a unit after an charged enemy unit had fought.
So it isnt possible (in my opinion) because before the second interruption there were a friendly unit that have fought.

You use both at the same time, then sequencing rules allow you to resolve one after the other.

It means they're going to be spending 3CP without knowing if it was worthwhile. (Assuming I want to be a rules lawyer about it.) It feels a bit weird, but it's sound logic unless it's changed.
