I just read clonelord and I'm curious how i could model glandhounds for my chaos cultists. Im thinking catachans or someone recommended Solar Auxilia bodies mixed with genestealer cultist legs and human arms. Any ideas? Looking for male and female mix

While I can't help with modelling suggestions(not a good start, I know) maybe people have the same problem I do: not having read or even heard of Clonelord, I didn't realize Glandhounds are not dogs until I read your second sentence.

Perhaps if you could post a quote or two describing these troops, it might give people something to base suggestions on.

The new Traitor Guard from Blackstone Fortress would be a good start. The trick is making the named ones like Igori with her Shuriken pistol. Personally I always pictured them looking a bit like a cross between the Drookian Fenguard (especially the heads) but much lighter equipped and the Kayazy Eliminators from Warmachine.

Remember these are not heavily equipped- they're not soldiers, they're hunt teams designed to pull down Marines like a bunch of pack animals. They are far more elite than Cultists. In all honesty I wouldn't know what to run them as.

If you break apart my or anyone else's posts line by line I will not read them.

I can't find an exact quote but there bulked up humans with the agility of eldar used to take down space marines to harvest there Geneseed. I found this except enhanced musculature, the chiselled, too-perfect features – like
statues come to life. Though these statues were dressed in scavenged bits of battleplate and mismatched fatigues

Might be worth having a look at Age of Sigmar's Kairic Acolytes (Disciples of Tzeentch faction). They're certainly falling in the too perfect appearance category. I don't know of an easy way to give them armor, although if it's cobbled together drawing on some loose bits might be possible.

Orlock gangers happen to have separate shoulder pads, and their legs might be a good fit to the Acolytes' torsos. Plus it gives you standard human weaponry if you intend to use them as Culitsts, so there's that.

Females might be a problem. I'd look at Age of Sigmar here, too. Maybe once the Darkoath team is released for Shadespire, you could use that as it has two or three female barbarians in it. Though finding good legs to get rid of the fantasy look might not be as simple.
