this is my new list for a club tournament.
I wanna use a lot of #wraithconstruct.
My plan is blades on serpent with the spiritseer, wguard in the webway.
Wguard and hemlocks strikes hard on the heart of enemy.
May you advise me to improve the list?

Well, I think that Wraithguard with D-scythes are the best you could get. They excel at anti-(heavy-)infantry.
I'd take two Serpents, one for 5 men Wraithguard with cannons and one for D-scythes.
The Spiritseer could join the cannon guys for improved hitting power.
Guardians babysitting a weapon platform are meh.

My first attemp have been include 3 wraths units. Blades on serpent, wguard with d-scythes on serpent and the wguard with cannons in the webway.
I wanna use wguard with cannon for the 12-range and appear from the webway.

If they come from the webway, they should be guided or a Spiritseer should be close.

The updated list looks a lot better! I would still drop a wraith lord with brightlances to get a couple extra wraithguard with cannons to drop down. You might want to consider bringing a warlock on top of all the psykers you have to cast quicken. You'll probably need it to make sure your wraithblades and dscythes are in the right spot. Plus you can use the seer council stratagem with your farseer for a +1 to cast.

Another thought is to switch outta ranger squad for a big 20man squad of guardians to drop down with your wraithguard

Are your W-blades already glued with swords? H2h units really ought to have invulnerable saves, thus I would field axes and shields instead. A coat of Protection Paint from a warlock and they'll pretty much eat anything, and survive to kill more.
