The blastjet doesn't look all that great. I would go for a bad moons big mek on a bike with force field with the lootas and smash gunz and make a spearhead for +1 cp. This gives you 108 points to add more smasha gunz if you wish, or another hq of some sort. If you are heart-set on using the blastjet though, I would add 2 more warbikers to fill out the squad and add a grot to one of the bad moons units to reach 1999.

I would consider using the brutal but kunnin or +1Toughness trait on the wartrike, and spending 1 cp to give him the supa cybork relic for 5+++. He becomes pretty durable and takes priority away from the wartrike with killa klaw.

If you wanna do that, swap the Biker Boss and Weirdboy and give him the Bad Moonz trait. That's, what, a 2+ 4++ 5+++ pain train coming. Sure, he won't be as fast, but he's already pretty damn quick anyway.

IMO too many bikes. They have never impressed me THAT much. Soft, not that killy. 6 does job of clearing screens and tying stuff up well enough plus hinders a bit shooting at the trike boss. With extra points you could get more smasha guns or maybe more bad moon grots. 30 does not survive that long in my experience as those lootas are priority target alpha plus.

Thanks guys, to touch on some points made. I haven't played the blastajet since the codex, thought it could do a job shooting and protecting will give it a go but definitely see your point on mek biker and more smash gunz I've got all the models so got plenty to play around with. As for that many warbikers evil sunz are my favourite I'd love to try make a pure evil sunz competitive list but can't seem to make one as strong as Ork soup (if that's what we can call it

Thing is you have just 30 grots for grot screen for lootas. Evil sun ones are useless for that purpose

Yeah I agree the evil sunz grots are really only there to fill out the evil sunz battalion, they'll have some use sitting on objectives.

Lootas are a trap, inconsistent shooting trap that eat too many CP. Stay away all ork players! i say keep the bikes, i like your combo punch bikes+boss+scrapjet, in my oppinion a bonebreaka goes well with them for added punch or even a gorkanaut to teleport in and cp to for 3d6 charge plus the mortal wounds, you bikes can delete the screen with your jet which you should proxy as a dakkajet just like me! your extra points 70ish can just go into some smasha guns or tractor cannons, or some more grots if thats your thing! honestly i see some extra points wasted in two battalions i think loosing your hemorrhaging loota trap and filling out a strong battalion and a strong outrider will do you better and make you feel more confidant looking at your list, you have some wiggly teeth but zero potatoes!

Lootas are fine. I'd limit them to 25 or less though. And be sure to have back-ups when your opponent inevitably blasts them into squig paste.
