Getting back to my old army. Since I can't do 6 Patrols I went with this. Mind you I much more prefer melee over shooty, I know it's not the best, but would love some opinions.
I should have 12CP to Start Spending 3 to give 2 more artefacts of pain, and another 1 for 3 warlord traits,
Labyrinthine Cunning, Diabolical Soothsayer, and Blood Dancer

Welcome back. Drukhari are very much the 5e kick ass they used to be.

If you're playing in the USA, you'll likely be playing in leagues or tourneys that log in for points and follow ITC rules. So your 4 detachment list needs collapsing to 3. Go ahead and have two battalions, a haem one, a kabal battalion and then a patrol of girls. That yields plenty of Command Points.

The Too Long : Didn't Read
a. Combine wych cults into one detachment and make them Cursed Blade. Lelith gets demotion to generic succubus.
b. Minimize kabalites into 5 man groups, up the kabal detachments transport allotment for Inured to Suffering, skipping Splinter Rack costs
c. Keep the coven as is (?)

Given Agents of Vect costs 4 points to use, I'd advise to not spend CPs on toys. I always have Writ of the Living Muse on an archon to buff a 3 ravager cluster, but looking at your list's composition, I'm not sure where where Writ of the Living Muse is gonna have as great a contribution in your small kabal ....

When facing a heavy psy-casting opponent, I buy the Helm of Spite. No more relics than that though ... and as I think about it as I type this critique, I prolly don't need it as I have a warlock and farseer in my list currently ....

I have not played haems, wracks and grotesques, so I have no valid advice to offer.

Cursed blade is far better. Every girl is + 1 S and Morale losses are pretty much nixed. They can wound MEqs on 4s, GEqs on 3s, and by assigning combat drugs, you can get the extra attack for one unit anyway and another unit of girls with S5. This allows you to fine tune your strategy per game, per opponent. Send the +1A unit against cultists & ork blobs, and the stronger girls against tougher targets. These benefits far outstrip the +1 Attack to all girls.

She's fun. She's fluffy, but you're better off fielding the model as a regular succubus. Give her the +2 inch move combat drug. Have her disembark from the raider into LOS blocking terrain. As a single model, she'll be easier to hide, and declare the initial charge against an enemy. With the extra move, she'll get there with better odds than your other girls. And then your target will be engaged and unable to Overwatch on your next unit of wyches. Use the points you save demoting to a succubus for bigger units of 9 and 8 girls.

As in all of 40k, a singular unit's survival is exponentially less so that trios. I don't know where you'd be able to swap enough points to buy another ravager or two.

Combine with the other crew to cut your detachments down to 3 ITC legality. Perhaps disregard the Phial as a random Combat Drug is not worth it, imho.

Here are some problems:
Like having a girl friend, full college load and a job, you can really only do two of them well, disregarding the third. Try to make all three work and you won't do well with any of them.

I run 2 battalions and an aeldari patrol (Doomseer, Jinxlock & rangers) so for your overall reorganization, I would keep your haem coven as is (I guess), go battalion with your kabal (another archon running around is useful) and have the wych units as a patrol. The kabal is easiest to make into a battalion because kabalites are so fragile that I think it is best to split them into minimum 5 dude squads to babysit back field objectives and table quarter scoring (called Recon in ITC missions). This will allow you to skip upgrading raiders with Splinter racks (kinda pricey for 1 Exploiding Hit with poison, if you ask me) and that, in turn means another wych here or there. *Aaand* all those vehicles will gain Inured to Suffering, which, as your detachments are laid out now, only the few raiders with the kabal detachment get it. If your list stays organized as present, you'll need to distinguish which boats are Black Heart and which are not.

My battalion of Black Heart has all my vehicles (and enough unit selections to 'open' the slot for a transport), so they all get Inured to Suffering.
