I cant stand to remove flash. I am so OCD that it makes this part of the hobby a pain.
Does anyone want to get paid to get my miniatures, snip them off the sprue, clean the moldlines off and mail the bits back to me?
how does 50 cents per mini sound?

The people I know locally who do commissions will cut/clean/assemble minis for around $1 a mini, or half MSRP of the box.
If I'm honest, $5 does not cover the time to cut and clean (properly) 10 minis.

Sounds like someone's choosing beggars here. Most commission guys will balk at a lowball offer like that.

That sounds like a fair price if there is no assembly involved. Although this is my absolute least favorite part of the hobby (snipping, prepping and assembling) so I won’t be taking you up on this op. I think some of the Facebook groups might get you a better response then dakka. And there is a bit more accountability. Just wanted to say I think .50 per mini is a fair price.

Say it takes you an hour to do 10. So you're essentially working for $5 an hour. Would you do any other line of work for $5 an hour? Nope. And this is where people not understanding why commissioners charge what they do comes in. Where's Winterdyne when you need him? He can explain it far better.

See, I wouldn't do that.
It's really hard to clean off mold lines on an unassembled model. For large bits, sure, those are not a big deal. But sometimes you have to see the little ones in context for it to make sense. I would be paranoid about scraping off a rivet or something on each tiny piece.
You might get further if you were asking someone to clean the mold lines on assembled models.

Sounds fair?
It's real easy to say the price you'd like to pay for someone else to do the job you don't want to do is fair.

You also need to consider the model in question (it can't be a flat X fee per model).
Older models (i.e. Necron Warriors) are notorious for garbo mold lines.
What about the number of bits per model, which equates to time? A Space Marine might only be 9, (arms, legs, torso, pads, head, backpack), but other models (like Wraithguard, Crisis Suits, whatever) might have more.
What about finecast?
What about tanks/vehicles? The new Ork buggies are terrible for mold lines (those tires are just awful).
Anything less than a case-by-case fee per specific job would be insulting to whoever takes on this task.
First, figure out the scope of the job.
Figure out how long the job will take.
Person doing this will already have a number in mind for hourly rate (cost of time, plus they're doing work you don't want to do, so the commissioned party has some agency in negotiating the rate).
Multiple time by rate.

Sorry if I came across as harsh. Not my intention.
You have a local community? Probably a better place to look than Facebook, I always find face-to-face works better for stuff like this. Maybe even consider a trade? See a well built army all in grey, offer to base coat X units of theirs for trim and flash on Y units of yours.
Good luck!

As a commission painter, I can tell you that I don't clean EVERY bit on the sprue, as most have multiple options or accessory parts, I only clean the parts that are being used. I too love to have a monkey clone of myself to do these %$#@%^ tasks.
