I for one hope its Ragnar or Grimnar but from chapters that aren't mine I wouldn't mind seeing Dante but I definitely want to see a Vorn Hagen model.

Space Wolves do not fully trust Guilliman and his work. Despite they accepted the Primaris reinforce into their rank, which is mainly forcible by the dire situation they now faces, they doubt it is a "pollutant against Fenris tradition". So it is not likely that their Wolf Lords would agree to go Primaris transform.

The blood angels seem to be the most pro-primaris, so I wouldn't be surprised if it were Dante next.

Still I love the DA sculpts, and would interested to see what a primaris Azrael would be like, with robes, sword of secrets, and a resculpted watcher in the dark. Maybe we could start getting a look at what primaris inner circle members are like, be they deathwing or ravenwing. As if fitting for the fluff, the DA are less welcoming than either the Ultramarines or blood angels, so they are probably behind a little on converting existing members.

Though I wouldn't rule out salamanders, tu'shan could be a really awesome chance to make mark X gravis with some awesome draconic themes. Outside of Ultramarines, they are probably the codex chapter I see the most of, and if they got a little time in the sun, well they already have a great tan.

Dante I feel is very likely. Ragnar would be a great candidate purely to replace his horribly old model.

I don't know about lore, but on the basis of the quality of their current models, the ones who need it most are:

Tigurius
Asmodai
Dante
Ragnar Blackmane
Chaplain Cassius

There may also be room to give some chapters their missing master, such as Jubal Khan & Kardan Stronos.

Probably one from each Chapter. GW wants next step about primaris, and giving all chapters a big Primaris leader is one way.
