This question has probably been asked loads of times but are the Blood Angels semi vampires?

Just that some of the characters have thangs and the sleeping in coffins going for them.

Well they drink blood. And have a vampire motif. And maybe pointy teeth. Doesn’t seem like the immortality aspect of it applies but Dante is the oldest man around aside from Guilliman I’m pretty sure.

They're as much vampire as Space Wolves are werewolves.

They used to be more vampire like - especially the artwork for Mephiston.

and Vampires are cooler than werewolves (well except Laura Vandevoot)

They have a thirst for blood, and they do gain strength/vitality from drinking it. Their transformation into Astartes is triggered by drinking blood from the Sanguinary Priests as well, similar to some older stories about becoming a vampire after drinking the vampire's blood instead of the other way around.
