None of this surprised her. What surprised her was that the killer stood unhelmed, showing a face that had once been human.

‘I’ve never seen one of you like this,’ she said. ‘I wasn’t even sure you had faces.’

‘Now you know otherwise.’

Koja Zu did not even know the Custodes have faces, so what makes people think she would know anything abut the Emperor? This quote intrigued me. I found it in a larger quote somewhere else.

As Duskweaver said, it was clear when reading Master of Mankind that the notion about the Emperor being DAOT tech was just Koja Zu expressing her hatred for the Emperor. It's disappointing that some readers took it as a serious suggestion about the Emperor. ADB even said we can be certain the Emperor is not DAOT tech.

And as I said before, the Perpetuals disprove what she said. I don't why people who take Koja Zu seriously do not take the Perpetuals into account. But that is besides the point. This is about my quote.

I mostly thought I should share this quote.

Onething, your threads are a guilty pleasure of mine, but you would help them out a lot if you added some context for the reader. You're always arguing with some phantom; if you're trying to disprove an argument that you disagree with by using these quotes, you've got to include the other argument as well as where it came from so the rest of us know what you're talking about.

Alternatively, why not just make a Onething General thread for these discussions instead of constantly creating new threads, which also drives over threads down on the topic list by the bloat.

Thanks for proving my point from the last thread of your I posted in, a few hours later and you've already made a new thread after being unable to handle the arguments from the last one. Also, so much for you saying that you were mainly creating threads about games you've played. I don't get why you're so hung up on people having different ideas of the fluff in 40K, you've had this thread before.

You keep returning to the same points where you can't seem to handle the fact that people have different opinions than you.

Very much this. We can't hear the other voices in your head. So please provide context, or we'll be forced to assume this is all just for attention seeking.

She knew they had faces. The comment is quite clearly sarcastic.

It's also not really adding anything to justify starting up the whole DAOT thing again. Moving on.
