I have a small semi competitive tournament coming tomorrow, and i thought i would try out running three patrols (Raiding force +4cp),

While it doesn't give me much CP (7 + D3 for Urien) it means I am not bogged down in spending points on expensive HQ's:

Patrol of Obsidian Rose

HQ
Archon with splinter pistol with venom blade, and Deadly Perfectionist warlord trait

Troops
3 x Kabalite warriors, splinter rifles

Heavy
2 x Ravager with triple disintegrators

Flyer
Void raven Bomber with Void lances and missiles

Cult of Red Grief

HQ
Succubus with Relic Whip and Archite Glaive (+1 attack drug) and Precision Blows warlord trait

Troops
1 x 10 Wyches (+1 strength drug)

Fast
10 Reaver Jet Bikes with 3 Blasters, 3 Grav Talons (+1 toughness drug)

Transport
Raider with Disintergrator

Coven of Prophets of Flesh

HQ
Urien with Diabolical Soothsayer warlord trait

Troops
1 x 5 Wracks

Heavy
3 x Talos with Scalpel/Chain Flails and haywire blaster
2 x Talos with Scalpel/Chain Flails and haywire blaster

I've run this list a couple of times with some success. I charge the bikes up for a first turn charge, and then i use enhanced aethersails on the raider for a first turn charge, with the Whyches and Succubus de-busing T2. This allows the Talos to move up the board while the opponent tries to deal with the Cult stuff. Ravagers and Void raven Bomber move into position around the Archon for Turn 1 shooting. Kabalites and wracks are there to grab objectives/protect the Archon and make full use of 30' splinter fire.

Twice i've used screaming jets for deepstriking Ravagers and I think it's just a mistake unless you absolutely can't them out of line of sight, turn 1.

Better to go with Kabal of Black Heart as Agents of Vect is often key to stopping an opponent's Key Trick, plus Inured to Suffering for vehicles and Labyrinthine Cunning for CP farming. I feel the 1 free relic ought to be Writ of the Living Muse on this archon, helping buff the ravagers' shooting.

I would decrease the wyches to 9 so the succubus can ride with them. **
Disembark her behind LOS if possible for a non-Overwatch charge, but give her the +2 inch move to facilitate that. As a character, succubi are not quite h2h badass that the extra attack (which I give to a unit of wyches) and the Trip-Whip make a lot of difference, IHMO.

**Where is the succubus riding? Raiders only have 10 person capacity.

Unless the table has some of FLGaming's latest terrain, ravagers are near impossible to hide with their sails. I wouldn't Screaming Jets them anyway. The raider with the wyches? Yes.

Overall, you could do with a solid Battalion, instead of the multiple Patrol thing.

I like the list overall, I'd just make a few changes in order to get more CPs, 10+D3.

Try to field a kabal battallion, a wych cult outrider (3x3 bikes with grav talons, no blasters) and a coven spearhead with 1+2+2 talos. You just need an archon with the spared points of a bike and the bikes' blasters. I'd keep the succubus on foot in order to maximise the close combat weapons on the 10 man wyches squad: shardnet and impaler, agoniser for the hekatrix and two razorflails or hydra gauntlets.
