I didn't see any points drop does it still costs the index cost?
Or did it get lowered and i can't find it.
Battle scribe (i know poo poo on it since its community made)
Lowered its price but i can't seem to find out why.

on the other hand Nobz they decided it was in the best interest of ork society that they "Go Green" as such they specifically modified their warbikes to not make giant smoke, dust, grit, clouds. Instead they are all about driving with clean air, one might say their bikes Gak out rainbows.

Chapter Approved 2018 lowered the costs. Keep in mind Grey Knights have a Codex now, you don't use the index points costs.

GK Librarians can't take Storm Shields in the Codex (nobody can, actually, GW hates us :( ) so there is no price for them in it that I know of.
I would say you're stuck with Index costs here.

Ah, right. Yes you should use index costs for those storm shields then since they don't have a cost on the codex. Probably Battlescribe being battlescribe as usual.
Edit: Interesting, Grey Knights don't have a points cost for Storm shields even in the index. GW being GW again.

It has the cost of the space marine stormshield which the index libby uses.
Yeah its a pile of fun.
Paying the extra 5 points is not heart breaking was just wondering if it actually changed.

It shouldn't change and should be Index cost. The Space Marines don't use the Index Wargear options anymore so changes to their stuff shouldn't effect our GK.
