Probably a stupid question but can a Knight Lancer be part of an exalted Court and take heirlooms and WT as any other knight? Thank you.

You cannot select a Cerastus Knight-Lancer as the target of the Exalted Court stratagem as it does not have the QUESTORIS CLASS or DOMINUS CLASS keyword. It has the CERASTUS CLASS keyword. You can, however, put it into a Detachment and benefit from Household Traits, Freeblade traits, etc.

You can, however, make it a Character via the Knight Lances rule and give it your free relic.
