So I have a question based on the new description of "Unstoppable Ferocity".

Page 85
– Unstoppable Ferocity
Change the rules text to read:
‘If this unit makes a charge move, is charged, or
performs a Heroic Intervention, then until the end of
the turn add 1 to the Attacks characteristic of all its
models and add 1 to the Strength characteristic of all
the melee weapons the unit is armed with.’

Under the description of Flesh Hounds it doesn't state they are "Armed with..." it just states "Each model attacks with gore-drenched fangs."
So my question is this, if they do get the +1str from Unstoppable Ferocity. Does that also mean Bloodcrusher's "Juggernaut's bladed horn" attacks would be resolved at a str8? 5 (Base) +2 (Devastating Charge) +1 (Unstoppable Ferocity)
This has been bugging me for a while now, and can't figure it out. I feel the intent wasn't meant for str8 but based off wording, means it is. If not, that means Flesh Hounds would only be striking at a str4 vs str5 on a charge/is charged.

Any help would be awesome!

The Bladed Horn has a set value. It is affected by Devastating Charge, but NOT Unstoppable Ferocity.

Which is lame, and dumb. But them's the rules.

Actually I think the errata was so that Unstoppable Ferocity now affects the Horn. It used to only add to the S of the model, not the weapons. The errata'd rule explicitly adds to the weapons strength instead. So Bladed horn when charging would be Strength 8 because 5 base, +1 for Unstoppable Ferocity (which now says to add to the weapons strength, not the model) and +2 for Devastating Charge.

Also keep in mind Flesh Hounds have a totally new datasheet in CA18, the Codex version is now invalid. Their "Gore-drenched fangs" are just a normal S:User CCW with AP-1, so are affected by Unstoppable Ferocity as normal.

As far as I know, nothing has changed. Are there any effect to grant Nurgle stuff additional strength anyway?

In terms of this rule:

Yes, Juggernauts bladed horn gets the +1 str from unstoppable ferocity now because it is a weapon, and weapons all now gain the +1 str.

This FAQ kinda gripped me because in order for the juggernaut to get str 8 the Insensate rage (Big bloodthirster with titan axe) got reduced to str 15 on the charge, which is soo annoying cause he can't wound the titans that he is supposed to munch through on 2's anymore, all because a mount was str 7 on the charge.

Which FAQ is this ? NM found it
