This is for my first tournament of 8th and since 3rd. Please note, that I do not have any Destroyers, C'tan, or a vault. The Spearhead is for backline offence and knight popping with the spiders providing more survivalbility to the arks. Scarabs are hide and take unit. The wraiths and blades are flankers and the rest goes up the middle for objectives.

Not a bad list. Wraiths have always been my first pick in the 7th ed.
For the outrider detachment, I'd take Nephrekh since you want the Wraiths to more as fast as possible,
and with a strategem you could bring them into cc asap.
Moreover, for the outrider detachment, a destroyer lord would be the better choice than a lumbering Overlord.

Always try to max units. They are harder to wipe out, giving you a better chance to use RP, and a better chance getting models back, more dice to roll. Your spearhead should be nihilakh, they let you re-roll 1s to hit when not moving, which benefits your DDAs. Drop two warriors, the spyders, and get a third DDA. Way better use of the points. Outrider should be novokh or nephrekh, both are the best dynasties for wraith. Combine the wraith to a 6 model unit, and combine the tomb blades to a 6 model unit with gauss only. Drop the particle casters and get more scarabs.

I only have 2 DDA ATM I am thinking of turning the warriors in to gauss Immortals. I am trying to keep to one code because I have on way to mark them different and so characters can buff who ever they want.
