So do you think marines have to have their noses and ears literally trimmed every century or so? Or does the magic word "Geneseed" stop the normal growth of the nose and ears?

Dude, off-topic forum exists for a reason. This has nothing to do with the game.

However, you make a valid point. Perhaps those body part do have a final size that would just take more than the 100 years or so that a standard human lives to to reach. So it’s possible they would stop growing if we got old enough.

Also, the reason Marines have no top-end cap to their natural lives is that the aging process is halted. So maybe ear/nose growth halts with it.

For the record since a human ear grows at just about .22mm a year, then during his thousand years ar master of the blood angels dante's ears, barring some unmentioned factor, would have grown 1,000x .22 = 220mm.
