So my understanding is that Chapter Approved 2018 completely replaces it's predecessor. I can't find any reference to "Boots on the Ground" [Flyers can't hold objectives] in the New Chapter approved, nor can I find it in any FAQ's or errata's on the Community Website.

Is this rule still in effect? Or does this mean we do indeed still have to cart our previous Chapter Appoveds around with us, along with everything else?
